Workday Specialist
Job Description Insight Global is seeking a skilled and experienced Workday Implementation Specialist to assist our large renewable energy client's HR team. This role will be responsible for spearheading the entire Workday system implementation, including configuration, testing, and seamless deployment. This includes cleaning up and scrubbing the data, combining systems from different platforms, and designing a business process from scratch. The ideal candidate for this role will have a collaborative and clear communication style with a defined strategy for how to implement this system. Core Responsibilities:  Lead the implementation of Workday Payroll  Collaborate with HR, IT, and payroll teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives  Provide knowledge in payroll systems and how they work  Develop and deliver training materials to end-users for effective adoption of new payroll processes.  Provide expertise in payroll system implementations, ensuring minimal disruption to payroll operations. Skills and Requirements Bachelors degree in computer science, Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.  Prior experience implementing Workday from start to finish.  Strong understanding of payroll legislation and compliance requirements.  Ability to design and develop Workday reports and dashboards.  Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
