At Teleperformance, the sky is the limit! **Purpose** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Workday Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing advanced support and maintenance for our Workday system, ensuring its optimal performance and functionality. This role requires a deep understanding of Workday modules, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments. **This position is 100% work at home.** **Responsibilities** **Your Responsibilities** _System Maintenance and Support:_ + Provide advanced support for Workday modules, including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, and Absence Management. + Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues and errors. + Perform regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance. _Configuration and Customization:_ + Configure and customize Workday modules to meet business requirements. + Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and integrations. + Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for system enhancements. _User Training and Documentation:_ + Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support. + Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system processes and procedures. + Develop user guides and training materials. _Project Management:_ + Lead and participate in Workday-related projects, including system upgrades and the implementation of new modules. + Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. + Monitor project timelines and deliverables. **Qualifications** **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. + Minimum trained in Workday HCM administration and configuration practices + Proven experience within HR and/or Recruitment operational space + High communication experience, with solutioning background + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Proficiency in creating custom reports and dashboards in Workday. + Knowledge of data integration tools and techniques. + Workday certification in one or more modules. + Experience with Workday Studio, EIB, and other integration tools. + Familiarity with HR processes and best practices. **Be Part of Our TP Family** It is our mission to always provide an environment where our employees feel valued, inspired, and supported, so that they can bring their best selves to work every day.
