We are seeking a Workday Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the Workday platform, including its modules, configurations, and implementations, as well as relevant certifications.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Workday implementation and configuration.Certifications: Workday certifications in relevant modules (e.g., HCM, Financials, Payroll).Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Workday architecture, integration tools, and reporting capabilities.Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Project Management Skills: Proven experience in managing large-scale Workday projects.Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong client relationships.Nice to have: Workday certifications.High level of Spanish and EnglishTasks:
Workday Implementation: Lead and support the implementation of Workday modules, ensuring successful deployment and integration with existing systems.Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize Workday modules to meet client requirements, including business process design, security setup, and reporting.Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Workday-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.Data Migration: Manage data migration activities, including data mapping, conversion, and validation.Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and create comprehensive documentation for configurations and processes.Project Management: Oversee Workday implementation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend enhancements to optimize the use of Workday.Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all Workday implementations.What will you find at DXC?
