As a Workday Testing Lead, you should expect to be client facing and involved in the following: • Responsible for supporting and leading the testing phase of the implementation • Collaborate with project stakeholders, including business analysts, developers and end-users to understand and document testing requirements. • Execute test cases, track defects, and ensure that all issues are resolved in a timely manner. • Mentor and guide junior testers, providing training and support. • Provide regular updates and reports on testing progress, issues, and risks to project management. • Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Required: • Bachelor's degree in any pertinent field or industry is required. • 5 years of experience in the testing phase of Workday implementations. • 1 year of experience leading the Workday testing phase • 3 years with experience in Workday testing during all phases of implementation • Experience with different testing methodologies within Workday HCM • Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) or willing to relocate to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations. • Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel. • Ability to travel up to 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
