Work you will do:

As a Workday Time and Absence Consultant, you should expect to be client facing and involved in the following: Work on post-implementation Time and Absence activities related to day-to-day operations, incident management, and enhancements. Work on tactical configuration in the Workday cloud-based technology package Understand and learn core processes of the business side of an organization and understand technology capabilities of underlying systems and look for ways to optimize business processes and functions. Learn to bring effective application knowledge, project management, and delivery approaches to implementation and operations projects. Gain experience configuring functionality to guide client conversations. Define, build and implement enhancements to HR processes and structure that will improve the HR function’s alignment to business objectives and ability to help drive business results. Drive HR technology implementations through planning, process design, configuration, user acceptance testing, etc.

The client issues we work with range from the need for a comprehensive HR strategy to determining the need for new and enabling technologies, to streamlining HR operations and transforming the way HR is delivered.


Requirements:

 6+ years’ experience configuring and supporting Workday for clients.\ Ability to manage work, lead a workstream, and mentor junior team members. Experience in all phases of the technology lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, build, go-live, testing, post-production). Multiple years supporting Workday Time and Absence Effective communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent teamwork and people skills Consulting experience, preferably with a large consulting firm Experience with Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience Must live in a commutable distance to or be willing to relocate to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel. Ability to travel up to 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.  Limited Immigration Sponsorship may be available.
