Works under supervision in the preparation, distribution of meals, in addition supports the sanitation functions in support of the assigned food service area. *Essential Functions* Assists with preparing food and beverages for distribution to patients, guests, service/dining areas, and catering services. Stores food, beverages, and supplies in designated containers and areas according to policies and procedures. Assists with customer-facing duties as assigned, including tray delivery, and catering special events. Assists with sanitation duties, including dishwashing and maintaining work and food service areas in a clean, safe, and orderly condition. *Non-Essential Functions* Perform other duties as assigned Attends and participates in staff meeting, in-service, projects, and committees as assigned Adheres to and supports policies and procedures of the STRHS Works scheduled shifts including overtime, when necessary Accepts all call schedule as directed Maintains a neat and professional appearance in compliance to the existing dress code. *Minimum Education* High School diploma or equivalent preferred *Required Skills* Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
