Workers Compensation Legal Assistant
**Job Description:** The Workers’ Compensation Legal Assistant supports the Program Manager and Paralegal with legal administrative duties including but not limited to filing motions and other legal documents via the administrative court system, management of the digital file system and spreadsheets, follow-up with Workers Compensation and Third-Party Liability case files.
