Make a Difference The Workers Compensation Sr will be responsible for investigating and reviewing employee workers’ compensation claim reports to determine liability. This role will investigate accident and/or safety occurrences, review safety reports and statistics, negotiate, prepare, evaluate, and settle cases with employee/claimant, attorneys, insurance carriers and provides to minimize assure fair claim settlements. Exceptional Skills and Qualifications Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving. Bachelor’s degree preferred, in lieu of degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Two years’ experience in workers compensation strongly preferred. Ability to collect and analyze data Strong computer and technology skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to collaborate with various teams to provide an exceptional experience in managing workers' compensation claims.
