Job Description A client of Insight Global is looking for a Workflow Analyst to join their team who can provide the necessary support to work the backlog of workflows requests that we have along with being able to help with documentation to ensure our workflows are properly documented. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Director/OnBase workflow management and be capable of working with our other workflow analyst as well as working independently to meet our needs. Some additional responsibilities will include the following :  Act as a liaison between workflow analysts and internal stakeholders to configure and customize content management systems that meet specific workflow requirements to achieve optional functionality and user experience.  Provides guidance and direction to line of business leaders to determine initial workflow processes and recommendations.  Design and implement effective enterprise content management workflows to streamline document creation, review, approval, and distribution processes.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure that content management workflows align with organizational goals.  Monitor and analyze workflow progress to ensure accuracy and timely completion within established deadlines and statements of work.  Develop, update, and maintain systems and solutions team processes and procedures.  Complete projects and tasks in accordance with team goals and expectations.
