About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Workflow & Automation Product Owner.

In this role, you will:

Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiativesEnsure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operationsResearch moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international businessWork independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadershipAssist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experienceCollaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and proceduresProvide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience in analyzing requirements & defining automation objectivesExperience with Agile and Scrum methodologiesExperience as a product owner in an Agile environmentExperience with wire framing tools and UX principlesStrong knowledge of automation tools (Low Code / Power Platform, Workflow Tools, etc.,)Familiarity with data analytics and business intelligence toolingStrong knowledge of technical design principles (cloud, architecture, etc.,)Understanding of CIB business processes and operations

Job Expectations:

Work with product manager to develop & enhance product strategyWrite user stories and participate in product-lead Agile design sessionsWork as part of a global team, spanning London, US and India.Manage end to end delivery for solutions within area of responsibilityParticipate in business development and risk management activitiesHybrid schedule- 3 days in the office/2 days remote
