Location: Remote - must live in any KP region (California, Oregon, Washington, Hawali, Colorado, Georgia, Maryland, Virginia & Washington DC)
Department Description: Enable Marketing to work together in more efficient, effective, and collaborative ways by advancing planning, workflow management and content operations capabilities (processes and tools) that are foundational to our business value delivery.
Intern Project(s):
•Calendaring optimization project
•Demand Portfolio share point revamp project (user centered UI changed)
•Preparation for brand center changes (process, template requests process, etc.)
•Workflows analysis to inform streamlining opportunities in partnership with new PdM.
•PowerPoint template library solutioning
Target Majors:Marketing and/or Business Administration.
Target Skills: Facilitation of information gathering and organizational skills to track progress and outline gaps and next steps. Ability to view process and presentment of ideas through the lens of the user.
Essential Responsibilities:
Contributing to a designated project or initiative to meet a KP business objective.
Report development and analytics.
Project management - planning, execution, and measurement.
Learning new applications needed to complete assignments or support the execution of business objectives.
Job shadowing in other functional areas.
