NOTE: This is a best athlete position with IBM; part of the A4C recompete. Expected award in July with a start date of 8/5/24 (new contract is a base + 4 option years). Contingent upon award.

What You’ll Do:

Serve as primary lead for managing both NIPR and SIPR tasks in TMT/ETMS2 or the latest task tracking system network and database. Shall have a SECRET clearance and provide administrative support by providing task/suspense management, coordination and quality assurance and control of task responses and task packages, validating completeness/accuracy of task response (e.g., was the question answered and was it in the right format), conveying tasks to Client organizations, and processing tasks to Client and external offices.Provide 100% coverage for primary tasks and shall ensure there is no loss in support, productivity, or continuity of operations for these tasks: A4C overall workflow management, and A4C Facilities Division Workflow Management (supporting A4C CONGO and the MILCON team), SAF/IE workflow management for IEI, IEIP, IEC, IEE and IEN workflow. This Core WFM team(s) needs to be trained and capable of performing this task on day one (e.g., know tasking business rules, be badged, have computer access, have TMT/ETMS2/or the latest task tracking system network and database access, etc.) to the maximum extent allowable within Government access rules and regulations. For A4C Overall Workflow Management and SAF/IE Workflow Management support, the contractor shall serve as primary lead for managing tasks in the TMT/ETMS2 tracking system or the latest task tracking system network and database. These individuals shall provide administrative support to AF/A4C and SAF/IE by providing task/suspense management, coordination and quality assurance and control of task responses and task packages, validating completeness/accuracy of task response (e.g., was the question answered and was it in the right format?) assigning tasks IAW Government direction to SAF, AF/A4C, SF/S4O, AFIMSC, AFCEC and external stakeholders, and answering of stakeholder inquiries regarding task development, the system of record, etc. relative to the task management database(s). Administrative support also includes driving coordination and collaboration between Action Officers and across Divisions. This shall include accepting and distributing new TMT tasks OBO of the A4C front office to A4C Divisions (coordinating as needed with the Assistant Executive Officer and Integration Civil Engineer (ICE)/A4CI Deputy Division Chief), and from SAF/IE to SAF/IE 3-letter organizations, performing a review of completed tasks to ensure they are configured correctly, obtaining corrections from Division workflows as needed, slapping tasks to the Assistant Executive Officer forward to receive the appropriate level of senior leader coordination, and pushing tasks to outside of A4C or SAF/IE organizations (initiator tasks, or completed tasks). The Overall WFM support contractors shall assist with completion of select abbreviated eSSS TMT tasks, such as awards nominations and other simple tasks where a no equity reply is anticipated (determined in concern with the Associate Executive Officer). Assist in coordination with the A4 and partner SAF workflows and communication with other SAF, HAF, AFCEC, AFIMSC, S4O, and MAJCOM workflows, such as to request extensions to TMT/ETMS2 tasks. Provide assistance with the development of EMRS to external organizations to obtain coordination when offices do not have TMT/ETMS2 access and manages the A4C workflow email box (in concert with the Associate Executive Officer), receiving, distributing and returning responses to tasks as required.

What You’ll Bring:

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years' experience in leading office admin teams and knowledge of AF CE programs with AF and/or DoD technical writing.Experience using TMT/ETMS2. Must have an active Secret clearance.Preferred: Air Force experience

Location Requirements:

DMV preferred - going into Pentagon 3-4 days a week.

Compensation: 

Expected Salary: $70,000 – $80,000
