Workflow Solution manager – mRNA

+ Accountable for expert mRNA hardware and consumables knowledge to optimise customer processes with Cytiva solutions and expertise.
+ Achievement of Business Unit Sales Targets via direct sales activity with customers and partnering with Account Managers and Genmed account team.
+ Achieve mRNA design-in targets by seeding and collaborating with cross functional teams to implement portfolio by workflows.
+ Collaborate with Sales Specialists, and Field Application Specialists to provide in-depth mRNA workflow and technical customer support when appropriate.
+ Builds deep customer relationships with technical & modality relevant stakeholders through effective communication, aligning and meeting expectations, seeking insights, and demonstrating deep customer and market knowledge which helps them to achieve their targeted outcomes.
+ Develop and engage new workflow opportunities within assigned territories by actively prospecting, driving and developing specification opportunities.
+ Through critical insight on Genomic Medicine customer processes, drive and support the team to formulate strategies to develop and implement solutions that meet or exceed customers’ needs and expand business by gaining market share in existing and new accounts.
+ Execute the BU strategy cross op-cos which outline how sales targets will be met on an ongoing basis and how to win the opportunity / specification.
+ Consult and gain credibility with customers to propose business solutions when moving from research to clinical to marketed applications
+ Provide feedback to the wider commercial teams on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings.
+ Be able to Report on sales activities including forecasts and sales opportunities.
+ Maintain information on prospects and customer interactions, documenting workflow information into relevant company sales and customer relationship systems (SFDC).
+ Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge (be subject matter expert) in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects.
+ Willing and supporting for mRNA innovation project.
