Contingent Workforce Administrator
The Principal Contingent Workforce Administrator provides strategic and operational support for the Contingent Workforce Program, ensuring a seamless experience for internal and external stakeholders. This role manages the end-to-end non-employee lifecycle, including requisitions, onboarding, interview scheduling, offboarding, contract setup, compliance, and supplier management.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations within the contingent workforce system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Track program effectiveness through key metrics and recommend improvements. Support supplier relationships, performance evaluations, and ongoing development. Provide coaching and training for system users and contingent workforce processes. Manage escalations, troubleshoot issues, and recommend process enhancements. Represent the program in cross-functional projects impacting workforce operations. Maintain confidentiality and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Adapt to organizational changes, supporting team members through transitions. Foster strong internal and external relationships with leadership and suppliers.Qualifications:
Mandatory:
3+ years of experience in contingent workforce operations or recruitment support. Strong understanding of workforce fundamentals, business processes, and compliance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint). Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field. Experience with Coupa, Beeline, Fieldglass, or Workday. Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
