Workforce Analyst – Senior Process Associate – English - On Site Krakow

Inviting applications for the role of Workforce Analyst – Senior Process Associate – English - On Site Krakow

Responsibilities
• Develop customized reporting mechanism for one of the account in HMS vertical e.g.:
• Important metric/CPI reports (team performance, daily/weekly/monthly)
• Statistic reports for analysis of process health,
• Various reports requested by client on ad-hoc
• Other
• Support Ops in driving extended analysis in scheduling, rostering, and reporting and other facets of Workforce Management to improve process efficiency
• Ensure standard methodologies across portfolio in terms of Data Management
• Leading individual assigned projects;
• Participate in calls and meetings with higher management;
• Take part in large projects according to manager assignments;
• Support decision making on the processes by compiling metrics and reporting;
• Support any related communication process;
• Support internal control compliance;
• Identify process gaps, provide solutions lead implementation
• Provide analytics to Quality Optimization teams

Important: Operations teams will function based on the schedule committed with the client (differences may appear at the start and end hour, break length, bank holidays, occasional work-related travelling) This job may require working a 24/7 schedule with alternating shifts and daily review of online content that may be highly egregious/sensitive in nature, such as (but not limited to) graphic violence, self-harm, child abuse, and hate speech.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
• Relevant work experience in a reporting role;
• Experience in Process Design Diagnosis
• No disciplinary warnings in the last 6 months;
• Previous experience in the field of application;
• Lean/Six Sigma training is an asset;
• Experience in Genpact: Relevant work experience in Genpact at the time of application, out of which Relevant in 5b, if last EMS rating is Exceeding Expectations; Relevant work experience in Genpact at the time of application, out of which Relevant in 5b, if last EMS rating is Meeting Expectations;
Preferred qualifications
• Excellent Excel, PowerBI, Word and PowerPoint skills;
• Visual basic and Access database is a plus;
• Good analytical skills;
• Excellent communication skills: ability to synthesize information and present in written and verbal format;
• Self-motivated with ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
• Organized and with high focus on the details,
• Able to work simultaneously on different challenging projects and reports;
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and drive closure;
