About the opportunity  

As Workforce Planning Analyst, you are responsible for building and provision of schedules, forecasts and modelling that review and optimise contact centre performance in line with available resources and business imperatives. The role provides subject matter expertise and workforce insights for leaders, projects, internal support functions and the broader Workforce Planning team to inform and support their deliverables. 

This role can be based in Melbourne or Brisbane.


You’ll also   

Develop, refine and deliver relevant forecasts, schedules, models and reports.Monitor and advise on the Contact Centre’s performance against operational objectives.Plan and strategize monthly, quarterly half year and annual initiatives including recruitment, training and project needs.Advise and implement transactional, tactical and strategic plans that deliver to optimal utilisation of resources.Collect, maintain and monitor data and systems that support the Workforce Team and its deliverables.Monitor, manage and advise on budget impacting activities i.e., shrinkage, leave management.Monitor staffing levels and alignment to budget parameters.

 

About you  

We are looking for someone with previous Workforce Planning experience and an understanding of contact centre metrics, performance drivers and technologies. This role will suit someone who understands and is able to build and articulate complex forecast modelling and scenario planning methodologies. 


You’ll also need   

Excellent communication, relationship and stakeholder management skillsPrevious experience in navigating a complex business operating environment    Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, OHS guidelines, awards, industrial relations provisions and site agreementsAbility to work and meet critical deadlines under pressure
