About the role
Lead workforce planning activities to assess resource needs and provide accurate forward workforce estimates, collaborating with key stakeholders. Create detailed reports on planning and capacity to support the contact center's key objectives and deliverables. Responsible for end-to-end roster production, ensuring smooth work allocation and compliance adherence. Assist in shaping supplier sourcing strategies for key resource areas based on planned capabilities and workforce needs. Offer expert advice to stakeholders on skill profiles and workforce planning, while ensuring effective resource allocation to achieve business goals.
About you
Experienced in workforce planning for complex, customer-centric organizations with a collaborative, matrixed structure. Deep understanding of workforce planning methodologies, systems, processes, and telephony technologies. Skilled at balancing priorities, organizing tasks, and managing competing resources with a calm and efficient approach. Able to navigate complexity with grace, providing practical, thoughtful solutions that align with stakeholder expectations. Expert in fostering positive stakeholder relationships, offering guidance, and developing business solutions with clear, impactful communication.
