Job DescriptionThe Workforce Business Partner, Manager is responsible for overseeing enterprise implementation project management and partnering with various teams on the effective implementation into the Manila Global Delivery Center. The role works in a dynamic environment performing time sensitive administrative tasks and partners with team members across multiple active projects to meet deliverables, timelines, and objectives.
Success in this role requires a detail and results oriented individual who takes pride in accomplishing assignments and supporting several different tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. The selected individual must demonstrate situational adaptability, a positive attitude, and the desire to partner with team members while working on multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for coordinating across multiple teams to manage an effective implementation plan to receive and deploy work into the Manila Global Delivery Center.Facilitate meetings to ensure the implementation plan is progressing on schedule and workstream owners are providing deliverables by their deadlines, including (but not limited to):FinanceTalent Acquisition/HR OpsHR Business PartnersLearning & Development /TrainingCommunicationsChange ManagementReporting/AnalyticsGlobal Delivery Center ReadinessPartner closely with the Sr. Manager and Enterprise Implementation Leader to provide status updates and raise risks swiftly in order to quickly clear barriers.Partner with Global Delivery Center leadership to support implementation efforts for Global/Regional Initiatives.Plan and Implement new accounts, services, and technology in partnership with the Global Delivery Teams and in alignment with the structured Enterprise Implementation Plan.Work with Global Delivery Leaders to understand the sales pipeline in order to plan for new business implementation in the Global Delivery Center.Provide Project Management Office support for Global Delivery Center initiatives, including project governance, resource management, status monitoring, and strategic planning.Partner with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for efficiency and automation and help design solutions to improve effectiveness and productivity within teams.Support deconstruction of departmental needs to help leaders rethink tasks, outputs, and needed roles, mapping that into the Global Delivery Center workforce framework.Support change management activities by defining business needs, consulting with the Change Management team on best practices and formulating actionable plans to deploy change management efforts.Ensure process documentation, manuals, communications, and training materials are kept updated and relevant to the future state program and change management activities.Dedicate effort to enhance implementation methodology by identifying and deploying process improvement strategies across team.QualificationsDemonstrated experience supporting projects and/or project coordination.Previous experience with the project management life cycle required.Able to demonstrate initiative in challenging project situations to provide continual improvement throughout delivery of services.Ability to organize, prioritize, coordinate, and implement tasks while working on multiple projects.Enhanced problem-solving skills – eagerness to work through complexity and uncertainty.Highly effective in meeting project deadlines and contributing to project success.Strong knowledge of Excel and MS Office.Strong customer focus.May require minimal travel.Additional InformationAs a workplace, we focus on relationships – with each other, our clients and our candidates - in fact serving others is one of our core values.
