We are looking for a Workforce Coordinator for our amazing site in Lelystad. As a Workforce Coordinator you have a crucial role in the total process as you are the combining factor between the recruitment agencies and the operation. You will be in charge of the total weekly planning based on the forecast delivered by our clients, combined with the actual data of the process control department.

You will report to the HR Manager.


What you do on a typical day

•    Management and follow up of the planning of all blue collars (operators and coordinators – own and flex) working at Lelystad Platform
•    Keep the schedule updated of all operators and coordinators (own and flex) providing to all stakeholders (Site Manager, Operations, Maintenance, etc…) the plan of people scheduled for the upcoming period
•    Maintain the system (Protime) with all the information needed

•    Coordinate with the Operations department the needs of new people and will be in charge of coordinating with Recruitment Agencies
•    Will coordinate with the agencies the following aspects.
- Forecasting demand
- Demand and follow up of extra flex
- Reporting of the service level of the agencies
•    Control the hours and the schedules (including the control of free days) of our own staff (operators and coordinators)
•    Daily meetings with the Recruitment agencies, Warehouse Managers and Operational Manager regarding resources
•    Be in charge of the weekly overview with all the data and hours in Excel

 

What you need to succeed at GXO

•    MBO+/HBO work and thinking level
•    A professional level of English and Dutch, with Spanish a distinct advantage

•    You have a high Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel at a professional level
•    Experience of planning, conflict analysis and resolution
•    Flexibility, proactiveness and initiative
•    Strong communication skills
•    Result-oriented, persevering, decisive, stress-resistant
•    Great interaction skills with the ability to take initiative when it is needed
•    You are committed to deliver high quality work and you have a professional critical attitude
