The Internal Mobility Specialist plays a critical role in supporting and guiding employees through their career development using the tools and programs to support their educational aspirations within Novant Health. The Internal Mobility Specialist will work closely with team members, HR, and leadership teams to identify growth opportunities, align skills, and career aspirations with organizational needs, and foster a culture of internal mobility. The Internal Mobility Specialist will provide personalized guidance on the tools and resources to help team members successfully navigate educational benefits, online resources, career shifts, and potential advancement opportunities. This role is key to optimizing talent retention, team member engagement, and maximizing the potential of the organization’s workforce.

Qualifications
+ Education: ·Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field strongly preferred. Substantial experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
+ Experience: 3+ Proven experience in human resources, recruiting, career coaching, or talent management, with a focus on internal mobility, strongly preferred.
+ Additional Skills (required):
· Strong understanding of internal recruitment processes and best practices.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
· High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
+ Additional Skills (preferred):
· Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
· Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) or recruitment (e.g., AIRS Certified Recruiter) is a plus.
· Familiarity with workforce planning and talent development strategies.
