Qualifications + Education: ·Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field strongly preferred. Substantial experience may be considered in lieu of degree. + Experience: 3+ Proven experience in human resources, recruiting, career coaching, or talent management, with a focus on internal mobility, strongly preferred. + Additional Skills (required): · Strong understanding of internal recruitment processes and best practices. · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization. · Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. · High level of confidentiality and professionalism. + Additional Skills (preferred): · Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms. · Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) or recruitment (e.g., AIRS Certified Recruiter) is a plus. · Familiarity with workforce planning and talent development strategies.
