Workforce Development Specialist/Coordinator

As a ATPDE Work Force Development Specialist/Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in enhancing employee skills, fostering growth, and promoting continuous learning within our organization. Your expertise will drive and contribute to our talent development initiatives, ensuring that our workforce remains agile, adaptable, and aligned with our strategic goals.

Hiring Requirements

The job role contents might be rationalized to meet interpersonal goals. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

New Hire Onboarding:Work with site WFD to Design and implement a comprehensive onboarding program to ensure flawless integration of new employees.Focus on technical proficiencies, company culture, and role-specific training.Technical Proficiencies Development:Work with PDE leaders to identify critical technical skills required for various roles within the organization.Develop training modules, workshops, and certifications to improve these proficiencies.Industry Technical Updates and Sharing:Work with PDE technical leaders and stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and standard methodologies.Disseminate relevant information to employees through workshops, newsletters, and knowledge-sharing sessions.Soft Skills and Leadership Development:Collaborate with leadership to identify crucial soft skills (communication, partnership, adaptability).Build targeted programs to improve these skills at all levels.Success Metrics:Establish key performance indicators (critical metrics) to measure the impact of workforce development initiatives.Regularly evaluate program efficiency and adjust strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

Training and Development: Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering effective training programs. Familiarity with semi-conductor or IT-related industry learning principles and instructional design.Skill Assessment: Proficiency in assessing skill gaps and identifying development needs. Ability to create personalized development plans for employees.Program Management: Strong organizational skills to manage workforce development programs, track progress, and measure outcomes.Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating with managers, HR, and cross-functional teams.Change Management: Understanding of change management principles to facilitate successful adoption of new learning initiatives.Analysis and presentation tools: good at analysis and visualization tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and PPT and able to set up and maintain the PDE WFD website.
