Short Description
The Workforce Development Specialist will help team members enhance their skills, knowledge, and abilities to allow for career growth within the organization. Responsibilities will include designing training programs, conducting needs assessments, providing career counseling, and advising on education and training opportunities. This role will also include identifying, securing, and managing grants that support workforce development initiatives within our organization.

Education RequirementsBachelor's Degree Required
Special Requirements3-5 years’ experience in workforce development, specifically in career training and development, or organizational development roles, preferably in a healthcare, educational, or corporate setting. Ability to provide guidance to individuals on career paths, skill development opportunities, and strategies for achieving career goals.
