What You Will Do
Clinical Education:
Develop and implement evidence-based continuing education programs and simulation scenarios. Lead and support strategic workforce development programs, such as High School-2-Healthcare, Clinical Faculty Academy, and Certified Nursing Assistant Programs. Organize and facilitate project meetings, tours, training sessions, and conferences related to workforce development. Assist with planning and implementing hospital competencies. Provide coaching and timely feedback to support learning and professional growth. Utilize technology to develop engaging curriculum tailored to adult learners. Serve as a leader, upholding and exemplifying SRHS’s mission, vision, and values.Career Coaching:
Provide personalized career coaching to help individuals set and achieve career goals. Partner with the Employment and Recruitment Team to align career development initiatives with talent management strategies. Guide employees through career transitions, including promotions, lateral moves, and career changes. Develop strong partnerships with schools, agencies, and community leaders to enhance workforce development efforts. Represent SRHS at career fairs and outreach programs in K-12, middle school, high school, and college settings. Help students navigate internships, apprenticeships, and work-based learning opportunities. Educate participants on soft skills essential for workplace success. Maintain accurate records of interactions, events, and program impact. Lead workshops on career planning, networking, workplace professionalism, and communication. Take on additional special projects as needed to support workforce growth and development.What We Are Looking For

Associate’s Degree in Nursing (Required)Experience:
3-5 years of healthcare experienceQualifications & Skills:
Strong ability to build trust and rapport with individuals across all levels of the organization. Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism. Self-motivated with excellent multitasking and organizational skills. Exceptional communication skills with an outgoing, friendly, and empathetic personality.Licenses & Certifications:
Active South Carolina RN License (Required) BLS/ACLS/PALS (Can be obtained after hire) BLS/ACLS/PALS/CCC Instructor Status (if applicable) Additional certifications, training, or education may be required based on staff and patient needs.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience:
3-5 years of healthcare experience Experience as a career coach, workforce development specialist, or similar roleAdditional Skills:
Deep understanding of career development and coaching techniques. Familiarity with job market trends and industry demands. Proficiency in career assessment tools and workforce development resources.Preferred Certifications:
