What you'll be doing
As a member of Workforce Experience and Employee Relations, You will focus on supporting the Employee Relations in process improvements and complex human resources issue which contribute to enhanced organizational performance. As a Workforce Experience and Employee Relations Analyst, You’ll Provide technical, administrative, and any project coordination support to the team.

Optimization Initiatives - Collaborate with team members on optimization projects, helping to implement new solutions and technologies to optimize efficiency within Global Employee & Labour Relations, Policies and Programs team.Continuous Improvement - Help to build and establish a robust and effective Continuous Improvement practice and culture that draws on best practices from multi-disciplinary methodsCommunication – You are highly skilled at both written and oral communication.
