POSITION SUMMARY:
Under minimal supervision, the Employment Coach Assistant Manager, Workforce Inclusion oversees product production in a lead position for both employees and individual workers with disabilities. Employees in this job class monitor product production, supervise employees, ensure the quality of work, and foster effective and ongoing relationships. This job class requires knowledge of workflow and scheduling, the ability to communicate effectively with others, and organizing and managing multiple projects.
TYPICAL DUTIES:
1. *Oversees and monitors product production for PRIDE Industries.2. *Supervises employees; ensures a competent, motivated team through hiring, training, development, counseling, and reviewing the performance of employees.3. *Sets up work, trains, and monitors staff and individual workers with disabilities to ensure the quality of work, the progress of orders, and safety of employees.4. *Acts as a liaison between floor staff and Production Manager to coordinate schedules and changes, address employee concerns, and foster effective and ongoing relationships.5. Performs duties and special projects as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
•Two or more years of experience in an individual contributor lead position.•Three or more years of relevant industry work.•One or more years working with adults with disabilities.•Demonstrate supervisory skills to hire, provide the required training, supervise, adhere to disciplinary processes effectively, and address employee relations appropriately.•Intermediate computer skills including spreadsheets, word processing, database, and presentation software.•Ability to communicate effectively including listening, verbal, and written.•Demonstrate ability to apply critical thinking to identify solutions to problems.•Demonstrate basic mathematical skills including adding, subtracting, multiplication, and division.•Demonstrate ability to manage competing priorities and exercise flexibility.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors in Health & Human Services or related field
A comparable combination of formal education and work experience will be considered.
CERTIFICATES REQUIRED:
The following licenses or certificates may be required depending on local, state and/or contract requirements:
CPR/First Aid
Valid Driver's License
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Employees must have the ability to perform the following physical demands for extended periods of time with or without assistance: •Viewing computer screen/monitor•Keyboarding•Maneuvering to and around equipment•Bending, kneeling, stooping, and reaching•Climbing stepstools or ladders•Lifting and moving equipment weighing up to 25 pounds•Transporting to various locations within customer site(s)
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work is performed at a customer’s location in an office/shop environment with limited privacy and some exposure to background noise and/or noise from equipment. Transport to locations near the work site may be required. Employees may also be exposed to extreme cold or heat. Employees may be required to work in excess of 8 hours in a day and/or 40 hours per week.
