Workforce Management Analyst
As the Workforce Management Analyst you will support the Retail Field Management, Retail Stores, and Corporate Operations teams by working collaboratively and independently to provide analytical support and administration of the Workforce Management System (UKG Dimensions).

If so, we want you to join our team as a ‘Skechers Workforce Management Analyst’

You will provide continuous Workforce Management application support, including scheduling, timecards, forecasting, troubleshooting, and training. You will also provide data-driven insights for strategic initiatives and process improvement projects.

Analytical duties include but are not limited to tracking, and identifying sales trends, Store Manager and Field leadership performance, administration support, and records maintenance.

This role is office based in our St Albans Head Office.

What we’re looking for: 

Strong analytical, organisational, and time management skills.

Experience using Business Intelligence Tools (such as MicroStrategy, Tableau, and Microsoft Power BI) & UKG Dimensions.

Strategic in planning and problem-solving.

Self-starter with a high level of initiative, personal accountability, and a strong sense of urgency.

Must display a high degree of professionalism, tact, and diplomacy including confidentiality.

Flexibility to accommodate shifting timelines and priorities.

Attention to detail with the ability to handle and prioritise multiple projects and priorities.

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to present technical information in a non-technical fashion.

Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook.

Demonstrates a high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude, and teamwork with customers, peers, and management.

Innovative and professional with the ability to be results and solutions oriented.

A retail background (desirable)

SQL Experience (desirable)
