The Workforce Management Planning Analyst is responsible for performing capacity planning, forecast modeling, and intraday analysis to support strategic business goals. In this role you’ll serve as the subject matter expert for workforce management initiatives and activities across all teams.

Oversee the capacity planning processValidate that forecasts and staffing requirements are up to dateCollaborate with other areas to forecast accurate class sizesCollaborate with business partners to ensure all assumptions are up to dateTrack and report on assumptions around attrition and shrinkageCreate what if scenarios based on variations of attrition assumptionsAnalyze forecasted volume and ensure revised and locked forecast accuracyLead capacity planning meetings discussing current and forecasted trendsServe as workforce management SMEAbout You
Minimum Qualifications:
2 years of experience in a workforce management role or equivalent roleProven experience in contact center industryStrong, polished presentation skills are essential, as the role involves regular exposure to senior leadershipHigh level communicationPreferred Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in capacity planning staffing needs and forecasting call volumesExperience with Workforce Management SoftwareExperience working with the RKT data warehouseProficiency in SQL relevant to RKT is preferred. R/Python skills are more advanced than required for this roleExperience with the Verint Workforce Management platform is preferredWhat You’ll Get
