Be responsible for facing off to GBGF-Service line stakeholders for resource management requirementsResponsible to drive headcount plan/ forecast management in Headcount forecasting tool - PioneerSupport hiring, onboarding, offboarding and extension processesDrive headcount planning and management best practices within service linesWork hand in hand with BMs and Workforce Lead toward headcount strategy and governanceResponsible to provide/ produce required Mis/ headcount metricsDrive process and tooling improvementsEffective stakeholder management with regular and proactive engagement
