**Introduction**
Key responsibilities:· Provide coverage for staffing, planning and resource deployment for a practice area. Ensure project staffing needs are met and optimized. Work with consultants to find new project assignments and maximize performance in a high touch model. Track and report utilization to respective leaders.Responsibilities include:
• Minimize Bench and monitor staff availability
• Facilitate bench management calls with consultants and service area leaders
• Validate assigned new hires are fully registered in a timely manner
• Create and maintain demand data quality as demand moves thru fulfillment process
• Works closely with consultants to understand their skill sets and career goals
• Minimize hours leakage, parked hours to billable and chargeable hours
• Manage data quality including hours plan, available date, JR/S
• Propose candidates to open seats thru knowledge of consultant’s skill sets
• Strictly ensures timely and accurate available dates, roll-off and assignment data
**Your role and responsibilities**
Primary role is to staff IBM resources on IBM short and long-term consulting projects in North America.The WSP must understand project requirements and be able to deliver in a fast-paced working environment. Should be able to provide solutions to staffing requirements and to aggressively search for opportunities for its own resource pool.The job involves directly sourcing candidates from IBM internally and from subcontract firms externally, working in collaboration with project and other Staffing Managers across geographies in IBM and with our vendors. Main functions of the role are bench/demand management and performance optimization.

2.Advance excel functional knowledge. Maintaining and organizing data, using Pivot Tables, V Look Ups and Macros.
3. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal; ability to communicate at Executive level; ability to lead meetings with broad audience from of all levels
4.High level of negotiation skills and stakeholder management; solid relationship management skills.
5. Strong multi-tasking skills
6. Ability to review and vet resumes for basic requirements; strong understanding of written English language

1.Demonstrated ability to use critical and strategic thinking to resolve discrepancies, gaps and maintain high data quality standards.
2.Generic understanding of technology and ability to learn new technology.
3.Experience recruiting technical profiles
