\n\n Examines time and attendance of employees, to ensure the accuracy of the work records.\n Monitors employee performance against work schedules and real-time productivity through applications.\n Informs the WFM Adherence Clerk and/or Supervisor about employees passing thresholds for schedule adherence and productivity.\n Processes schedule change tickets and requests to the published schedule.\n Processes all changes to published schedules, meeting operational business targets.\n Informs employees and/or supervisors about schedule changes.\n Communicates and promotes employee performance and productivity KPI targets to operational leaders.\n Performs other duties as assigned.\n Complies with all policies and standards.\n
