Overview The role will support the E2E HR administration processes for the local HR Team. This includes the entire data management (e.g. myHR, SAP, etc), the processing of employee life cycle support (onboarding, probation, lateral move, etc.), taking into account and compliance with all internal guidelines and legal regulations as well as creating of certificates and working documents as required by HR enquiries & employees. Responsibilities E2E HR support for all HR administration processes for the local HR Team, including the entire data management (myHR, SAP), responsible for process of employee life cycle support Supports the local HR Team in all people related HR administration tasks, creation of personnel files & contract , set up employee master data in myHR & DMO with proper filing. Delivering HR administration to the high standard and in a timely manner Day-to-day maintenance of HR Systems to ensure 100% data integrity and confidentiality of all employee records Ensure consistent service delivery of agreed process and complete transaction tracking to capture SLAs. Ensure a consistent and high level of customer service and operational excellence that will ensure transactions and administration processes are resolved efficiently and in full compliance with relevant legal, company and process requirements. Manage escalation and takes ownership for ultimate issue resolution. Managing monthly and periodical reporting of HR data. Apply Global Control Standards in the processes within the scope of HR responsibilities, follow corporate and local policies including regular updates and communications to ensure right execution and documentation of controls. Qualifications • Bachelor Degree in Finance or Business Administration or related with working experience at least 2 years • Expertise of using HR Management systems & MS office • Good Communication in Thai and English • High integrity and trustworthiness • High customer, service and result orientation • Reliable, independent and systematic way of working • Ability to work in a team, resilience and a high level of personal responsibility • Ability to carry out projects in a goal-oriented and result-oriented manner • Good analytical skills, detailed orientation and an affinity for numbers • Sense of responsibility & urgency • High Process oriented way of working • Strong ownership
