Qualifications:You!Candidates that have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is preferred 1+ years of experience with scheduling compliance rules and regulationsPrevious Park experience is preferred Strong proficiency in Microsoft ExcelExcellent organizational skills and ability to communicate clearly and persuasively both verbally and in writingMaintains cleanliness and safety in assigned work area and performs all duties in compliance with Six Flags Safety guidelines and requirements and reports all unsafe or unusual conditions to supervision Availability to work shifts odd shifts, weekends and holidays
$22.00 / hour

Work directly with the Area Manager of WFM to assist all divisions, as well as with department Supervisors to ensure that work schedules meet various business demands, as well as the needs of seasonal staffResponsible for scheduling duties within the FUNtime scheduling system (UKG), which includes managing and maintaining long-term schedules for various departmentsCollaborate with Area Manager of WFM to generate and modify schedules to ensure coverage and optimal service levelsIdentify potential gaps in scheduled coverage and present recommendations to Area Manager of WFM alongside departments Compile and manage information such as open shift reports, staffing details, headcount templates, and/or associate dataGuide day-to-day operation of central scheduling officeField and resolve associate scheduling concernsRevise park schedules when required due to staffing changes, labour shortages, and other business interruptionsAssist with working in park as needed in line level positions to ensure park is meeting the guest’s needs Other duties may be assignedResponsibilities:
