Responsibilities:

Core skills/competencies include leading/managing Multi sites control & leadership, Performance Management, Process Management, Data Analysis, Problem solving, Effective Communication, Business Acumen, and Technical Aptitude Maintain ownership over multi site environment, as a member of the WFM leadership team; spanning process definition and improvement, Optimization & other operational initiatives Developing and presenting financial outcomes of strategic initiatives Financial Management involving coordinating with top management for designing & implementing systems & procedures to facilitate internal financial control towards the accomplishment of organizational goals Formulating Operating & Capital Budgets and conducting variance to achieve Business result with Leadership Driving and initiating action against unfavorable variance to achieve Business result with Leadership Implement plans for key initiatives to achieve defined goals and objectives Responsible for key performance indicators reporting on organizational performance and operating efficiency Developing, mentoring, and empowering team members to ensure maximum performance Engaging in support of difficult accounts or management escalations Working cross-functionally to drive visibility and collaborative improvements for each area of opportunity Primary Job Responsibilities Skills/Knowledge/Abilities Education Experience Target Specialized Certifications
