The Workforce Planning Analytics Intern performs analysis and reporting regarding Sabre workforce and people related financials. This role will contribute to the creation and maintenance of people metrics, dashboards, reports, and communication tools, helping people leaders make great decisions.
Role and Responsibilities
Architect, design, build and maintain reliable workforce reporting analysis and automationAutomate reporting and analytics that are done manually todaySupport Global Operations team in total cost of workforce financial analysisAnalyze workforce data to glean valuable, actionable information to be put into easily consumable reports and communicationsWork with Finance on workforce planning forecasting accuracyWork with People Business Partner teams to understand workforce reporting/automation needsPreferred Qualifications and Education Requirements
Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in related fieldStrong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills; proficient level skills in data manipulation and data modeling; highest standards of accuracy and precisionExcellent financial acumenCurious mindset and self-starter; be interested in the story that the numbers are telling and able to communicate messages clearly and conciselySolid business acumen, with a commercial mindset; target and delivery focusedExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to work across an organization, developing key relationshipsProficient to expert level with Microsoft applications, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint; knowledge of Workday and other third-party dashboarding tools is preferableReasonable Accommodation
