Workforce Software Consultant

**CTG is seeking to fill a Workforce Software Consultant opening for our client in Cambridge, MA.**
**Location:** Remote
**Duration:** 6 months
**Duties:**
+ Configure and implement Workforce Software (WFS) solutions, with a primary focus on Advanced Scheduler and Time and Attendance modules
+ Customize and optimize WFS configurations to align with business requirements
+ Develop and maintain WFS interfaces with internal and third-party systems
+ Troubleshoot and resolve configuration and integration issues in a timely manner
+ Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and post-implementation support
+ Provide technical guidance and best practice recommendations to team members and client personnel
+ Document system configuration and support knowledge transfer
**Skills:**
+ Strong expertise in Workforce Software Advanced Scheduler
+ Proficiency in building new configurations and maintaining existing ones
+ Deep understanding of WFS interface architecture and integration with ERP systems
+ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
+ Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
**Experience:**
+ Minimum of 8 years of experience working with Workforce Software solutions
+ Hands-on experience with WFS Advanced Scheduler, Configuration, and Interface development
+ Demonstrated success in delivering WFS projects in complex enterprise environments
**Education:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources Information Systems, or a related field is preferred
**Mandatory Certifications:**
+ CT104 (Building New Configuration) or CT103 (WorkForce Time Advanced Configuration)
+ Workforce Time Interfaces Certification
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $100,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
