You’re an experienced and strategic Workforce Staffing Manager with a deep understanding of recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce optimization. Skilled in sourcing, interviewing, and placing top talent, you excel at aligning staffing needs with organizational goals. Your ability to manage complex recruitment processes, develop staffing strategies, and build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates makes you a key player in driving workforce success.

What You'll Do
In the role of Workforce Staffing Manager, your duties will include:
Responsible for optimizing a company's workforce performance and productivity. Oversee a variety of tasks, including:
Staffing: Forecasting staffing needs and helping with scheduling
Performance monitoring: Tracking labor time and generating reports on productivity and performance
Resource allocation: Reassigning employees and assets in real-time to address issues like sick calls or equipment breakdowns
Compliance tracking: Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Reporting: Providing updates on efficiency to company leaders
Requirements:
Must be a US or Australian citizen
Must Possess an active US Top Secret/SCI w/ Polygraph or AUS PV Clearance.
A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
Experience in human resources, service provision, or production
Familiarity with WFM and timekeeping programs
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Critical thinking and collaboration skills
