Those in rewards and benefits at PwC will specialise in providing comprehensive consulting services related to total rewards, compensation programmes, and employee benefits. You will work closely with clients to analyse their reward and benefits strategies, design competitive and equitable compensation structures, and develop cost-effective and attractive benefits packages. Growing as a strategic advisor, you leverage your influence, expertise, and network to deliver quality results. You motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. As you increase in autonomy, you apply sound judgment, recognising when to take action and when to escalate. The Opportunity As part of the Workforce Consulting team you lead initiatives in rewards and benefits, focusing on compensation and benefit tax matters. As a Senior Manager, you guide large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. You leverage your proficiency in compensation and benefit tax matters, manage cross-functional teams, and provide strategic input into the firm's business strategies. Responsibilities - Lead initiatives in rewards and benefits with a focus on compensation and benefit tax matters - Guide large-scale projects and innovate processes to achieve operational excellence - Interact with clients at a senior level to secure project success - Utilize proficiency in compensation and benefit tax to provide strategic input - Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively - Contribute to the firm's business strategies through strategic advising - Foster an environment of collaboration and peak performance - Uphold the firm's standards and code of conduct What You Must Have - Bachelor's Degree - 7 years of experience What Sets You Apart - A Juris Doctor is preferred, or a Master of Taxation in Law, Corporate Law and Taxation, Taxation would also be considered - Possessing technical skills in compensation and benefit tax matters - Analyzing federal tax legislative and regulatory developments - Excelling in strategic thinking and problem-solving - Managing people and resource requirements effectively - Providing leadership in an inclusive, collaborative environment - Certified Public Accountant, EA, CEP or equivalents preferred Learn more about how we work: https://pwc.to/how-we-work PwC does not intend to hire experienced or entry level job seekers who will need, now or in the future, PwC sponsorship through the H-1B lottery, except as set forth within the following policy: https://pwc.to/H-1B-Lottery-Policy. The salary range for this position is: $130,000 - $256,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
