About the Role
As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
Supporting the team in building and leveraging relationships with clients, developing proposals, etc.;
Helping deliver human resources consulting engagements in the areas of HR transformation, HR process re-engineering, HR operating model and service delivery, talent management, organization design, etc.;
Supporting thought leadership and research and development activity as appropriate; and
Contributing to overall development and growth of the People and Organization practice
Qualification:
At least 3+ years work experience as an HR Analyst or HR Business Partner
In-depth knowledge on training development, project management, and HR transformation projects
Preferably have experience in supervisory and stakeholder management
Experience in Change Management
Background in Big 4 or Consulting industry is a plus
NOT open for fresh graduates
