Workfront Administrator

Working with Micron's Global Communication & Marketing (GCM) team, you will be responsible for optimizing and maintaining the internal Workfront (WF) instance that supports a collaborative, integrative, holistic view of cross-GCM activities. This role will oversee GCM’s internal Workfront setup, portfolio, program, and group management, reporting, custom forms, automation, user management and license allocation. You will partner with GCM Planning and Ops leadership to develop and drive a long-term roadmap for system expansion and optimization, creating and maintaining process documentation, as well as monitoring systems and workflow standards. As duties will be diverse and multi-faceted, you must be well organized, a self-starter and be able to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines. This role sits on GCM’s Planning and Operations team and reports to the Senior Manager, GCM Operations.  

This position is being offered in Guadalajara, Mexico.

Responsibilities
As a strategic thinker and WF subject matter expert, you will

Partner with   Planning and Operations leadership and GCM’s MarTech team to evolve GCM’s instance to optimize processes, changing needs and operationsServe as a point of contact for Micron IT, WF account rep, and all internal users in and outside of GCMSupport day-to-day system needs and adjustments such as user management and experience, reports and dashboards, data integrity, audits, as well as user troubleshooting and support ticket trackingPromote WF adoption by working with internal teams to meet team-specific needs with consideration to org-level processes and prioritiesCreate and maintain internal instance documentation for processes, adoption, standardization, alignment, and system roadmapsResearch and communicate new features and releases internallyCreate and deliver internal training to educate users on relevant system functionality, updated features, new processes and helpful remindersWork with GCM Planning and Operations team to document onboarding/offboarding workflows in Workfront for GCM FTEs and contractorsProactively seek opportunities to create useful reports/dashboards, streamline processes, educate users, and review user feedback, adjusting and following up as needed, to ensure instance meets business needs while improving the user experienceMaintain instance health – program deactivation, user & license management, org updates as they pertain to WF Teams/Groups, etc.Develop and drive a long-term roadmap for system expansion and optimizationBuild relationships with internal stakeholders/team members as a reliable, driven project managerActively participate in Workfront networking and training events

Experience

10+ years of Operations, Project or Program Management experience5+ years of WorkFront experience and proven expertise is required, preferably in a system or Group Admin roleExperience with Adobe Fusion, Planning and content supply chain coordination is preferredProficiency in Microsoft products (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)Experience in development of employee onboarding and user training programsExperience in a large, fast growing, fast paced company and/or in the high-tech sectorExperience building instance KPI reporting and analytics

Education

Degree/Major: Undergraduate or master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication and/or IT related fieldAdobe Certifications: Adobe Workfront Project Manager and Adobe Subject Matter Expert
