Location: Los Angeles, CaliforniaJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $65 - 72 per hourOur Fortune 500 retail client is seeking an experienced Workfront Program Manager to manage, deliver, and govern new capabilities in creative software in support of their Creative Studio!In this role, you directly support the digital transformation of the Creative Studio, managing a program of interdependent technology projects and delivering solutions in collaboration with technical and non-technical partners.By integrating inputs from Creative and Production stakeholders, Business Advisors, Data & Analytics, Creative Operations, Account Management, and Project Management, you'll supply a system perspective to the Creative Studio Workfront projects that you manage.This is a hybrid role in which candidates must be local to Los Angeles or San Bruno, CA.Responsibilities:Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans within Workfront, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation. Manage project lifecycles from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines and deliverables. Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative teams, marketing, sales, and IT, to gather requirements and align on project objectives. Regularly communicate project status updates to key stakeholders through reports and presentations. Proactively address concerns and manage expectations across various stakeholder groups. Workfront Expertise: Deep understanding of Workfront features and functionalities, including custom fields, workflows, and reporting capabilities. Configure and maintain Workfront system settings to optimize project management processes. Train and support users on best practices for utilizing Workfront effectively. Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Track project progress through Workfront dashboards and reports to identify potential issues and areas for improvement. Analyze data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to enhance project efficiency. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve Workfront adoption within the organization. Propose and implement enhancements to Workfront configurations based on evolving project needs. Qualifications: Experience working with creative teams in a large organization. Workfront experience. Experience implementing Workfront at the ground level.
