Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
1. Cash Management
Lead the overall cash collections process to ensure timely and accurate collection of receivables.Develop and implement strategies to improve cash flow and liquidity.Work closely with the commercial team, direct customers and channel partners to minimize overdue accounts and bad debts.Prepare cash forecasts, ensuring accuracy and reliability.Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis.2. Receivables Management
Manage the accounts receivable process, including billing, collections, and reconciliation.Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers to facilitate prompt payment.Implement and monitor credit control policies and procedures.Analyze customers payment behavior and recommend opportunities for improvement.Lead and proactively monitor unbilled ARs to ensure timely resolution and collection.3. Inventory Management
Oversee inventory management processes to ensure accurate inventory levels.Conduct regular inventory analysis to identify and resolve discrepancies.Collaborate with the operations team and Channel partners to optimize inventory turnover and reduce holding costs, including ageing and obsolescence.Actively keep track of demo units to ensure timely return and sellout.4. Other Finance Function
Support finance manager in estimation and reporting processes, budgets Support and manage cash metrics for annual budgeting, periodic forecasting and reporting requirements covering receivables and inventory.Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.Assist in the cost management activities and analysis.Participate in special projects and initiatives as required.Provide support and guidance to junior finance staff as needed.Other finance functions that may be necessary.Qualifications:
A Certified Public Accountant (CPA)Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a focus on working capital management.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Strong stakeholder management skillsProactive and results oriented.High level of integrity and professionalism.Strong problem-solving abilities.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Inclusion and Diversity
