Job Skills / Requirements Responsibilities Include: Management Duties: + Schedule and conduct customer visits to address needs promptly. + Respond quickly and professionally to inquiries from customers and staff. + Ensure team members meet safety, quality, and budget goals. + Oversee adherence to the quality program and regulatory compliance. + Collaborate with the recruiting team for hiring and onboarding. Custodial Tasks: + Perform assigned cleaning duties daily to support the team and maintain facility standards. + Assist with special cleaning projects or emergency tasks as needed. + Lead by example in demonstrating proper cleaning techniques and efficiency.
