Working Lead Technician

Job Overview

As a Working Lead Technician at Komatsu, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical operations and ensuring the efficient performance of our equipment and machinery. You will lead a team of technicians, providing guidance and expertise to maintain high standards of service and productivity.

Key Job Responsibilities Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of technicians, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Technical Expertise: Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on heavy machinery and equipment. Maintenance Oversight: Ensure regular maintenance schedules are followed and that all equipment is in optimal working condition. Quality Assurance: Monitor and enforce quality control standards to ensure all work meets Komatsu’s rigorous specifications. Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of tools, parts, and supplies, ensuring availability and proper usage. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections. Customer Service: Interact with customers to provide updates, explain technical issues, and ensure satisfaction with services provided. Qualifications/Requirements Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a technician, with a proven track record in a leadership role. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in mechanics or a related field preferred. Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency in diagnostic tools and software, excellent problem-solving abilities. Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in various environmental conditions. Additional Information
