What You'll Do
As a working student for BCG’s Global Recruiting team, you will focus on the function’s transformation and BCG’s employer branding initiatives. You will support in developing and executing projects that guide talent strategically to BCG as an employer of choice. One example is our Global Employer Brand Portal. Your responsibilities may include content development, user analytics, supporting on training sessions and preparation of brand resources. You’ll also have the opportunity to support the preparation of townhalls with hundreds of employees, including agenda planning, survey development, presentation design and more.
You can work up to 20 hours/week during your semesters and up to 40 hours/week during your vacation time. The role offers flexibility to combine personal, academic, and professional life. It is a temporary role from minimum 12 to maximum 24 months. You need to be an enrolled university student in Germany.
Your key activities
Develop presentations for BCG’s Global Recruiting Leader to drive key transformation initiatives and support the preparation for key leadership meetingsSupport the ongoing maintenance of our Employer Brand Portal as a key team resource and enabler for our “Beyond” brand. This includes auditing images and developing new “Beyond” brand assets utilising our templates etc. Set-up and support the “Beyond” training sessions for the regional and local teamsDevelop internal communications through weekly Slack posts for employee advocacy and “Beyond “brand best practicesManage industry and employer brand awards tracker, official award seals/compliance, and develop/project manage promotion strategies across social channels, BCG websites, etc. to position BCG as a leading employer of choiceOptimize and maintain company profiles on external platforms ensuring consistent and engaging employer branding to attract top talent

BCG’s Global Recruiting function, specifically with the Employer Branding and Transformation Team. We are a diverse and motivated team that works on impactful projects that are essential to BCG’s success.
