About Us: We are the Global Talent Acquisition Analytics team at Siemens supporting critical decision-making across the organization’s hiring and workforce strategies. Our team comprises data analysts, data scientists, and data engineers working together to support data-driven decision making and generate insights. We are looking for a motivated working student to assist us in achieving our goals.
Your Role:
Assist with data analysis to support ongoing projects related to TA.Create visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights effectively, focusing on talent acquisition metrics and trends.Support ad hoc data requests from stakeholders in Talent Acquisition and P&O.Collaborate with team members to automate workflows and improve data processes, ensuring efficient and scalable solutions.Conduct research on emerging trends, tools, and best practices in data analytics and talent acquisition.Help bridge the gap between technical data work and business needs, specifically within the talent acquisition domain.
Your Profile:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, Psychology, or a related field.Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI (preferred), Tableau or equivalent) is a plus.An understanding of business concepts and the ability to connect data insights to business objectives, particularly in the context of talent acquisition.Excellent problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently.Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.As a diverse, international team, we collaborate in English. In addition to English fluency, other languages are a welcome bonus!
