No wonder, considering they’re in charge of media relations, events, digital marketing, and digital communications, with which they shape BCG’s image among clients, employees, alumni, and job applicants, as well as the media and general public. Bringing the Group’s global thought leadership to the world, they ensure that BCG expertise and studies are placed in the right channel at the right time and continuously develop our communications and marketing strategy.



What You'll Do

As a working student in our Central European Marketing & Communications team, you will support various areas, including managing external partnerships, supporting first class events, digital marketing journeys and creating stakeholder experiences.

You will collaborate closely with colleagues across Central Europe and gain comprehensive insights into BCG's strategic marketing approach.

 

Your tasks will include:

Supporting the conceptualization, planning, execution, and follow-up of internal and external events (live, virtual, and hybrid) while independently managing subprojects and related activities.Assisting in the development and implementation of campaigns in climate & sustainability, artificial intelligence & tech, and cost transformation. This includes creative design processes, content creation for various communication channels, and conducting market research and analyses.Designing and optimizing customer journeys and wireframes for landing pages in consultation with marketing and communications experts, followed by implementing concepts directly in relevant tools and improving performance through analytics.Coordinating with cross-functional project teams and contributing to agile workflows.Supporting cross-channel content distribution efforts and ensuring high-quality outputs across all platforms.

You'll be part of our Marketing and Communications team in Central Europe, working closely with colleagues in our offices in Munich, Düsseldorf, Zurich, Prague, Budapest, and Warsaw. Your supervisors will support you in onboarding at the company and professional development, and you will always be able to draw on the experience of your colleagues.
