What You'll Do
You will be key to supporting our global marketing activities in BCG’s Risk & Compliance Practice (R&C). You will partner closely with our Practice Global Marketing Director and Marketing Manager as well as the BCG global and local marketing functions to help execute our marketing agenda.
Key responsibilities include:
Together with the R&C Marketing team, you will help execute parts of the marketing strategy and narrative that strengthen our client relationships and BCG’s brand and share of voice in the R&C domain.Supporting CRM/client targeting/listsSupporting asset creation for social media i.e. Figma assetsSupporting metrics & AnalyticsSupport competitor Analysis (Q)
YOU’RE GOOD AT
Keen interest in risk and compliance topics as well as marketing metrics and analyticsAutonomously driving high stake, high value projects forward with confidence and a can-do attitudeLearning new marketing technology tools and leveraging for things like new asset creationBe highly organised in your approachInteracting confidently and with poise with senior audiences (e.g., senior client executives or leadership team members), engaging them in a timely, considerate, and persistent manner to gather inputTranslating your analytics and metrics into key observationsDesk research i.e. for the compilation and delivery of a quarterly competitor analysisBuilding strong, collaborative relationships with marketing colleagues in other practice areas and adjacent BCG functions to establish best practices and learn from each otherBringing innovative ideas to the table that increase our marketing impactActively seeking feedback from key stakeholders (and acting on it as needed)Have the tenacity and patience for following up with MDP’s i.e. for CRM requestsWhat You'll Bring
