The ideal candidate will play a key role in executing Harman’s benchmarking process, conducting sound quality tests, and collaborating with global teams to maintain and develop industry-leading audio solutions.Key Responsibilities:Conduct automotive sound system benchmarking following Harman’s standardized processes.Assist in designing and implementing sound quality listening tests.Perform in-vehicle acoustic measurements and analyze results.Ensure accurate documentation, data entry, and database maintenance for benchmarking activities.Train internal Harman employees on benchmarking processes and listener training programs.Support Engineering and Sales teams in defining sound quality performance targets.Collaborate with global teams in Germany, Japan, India, and China to align benchmarking processes and maintain a shared database.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Audio Technology, Engineering, Acoustics, Computer Science, Data Science, Sociology, Psychology, or Statistics.Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently present insights to senior leadership.Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Passion for audio technology and the automotive industry.Results-driven mindset with a structured and analytical approach.
