Working Student Bot Design CoE

At Allianz Technology Barcelona, we are looking for a Student to join our Conversational AI Bot Design Center of Excellence.

 

Allianz Technology is the internal IT provider of the Allianz Group. The Conversational AI (CAI) Tribe within the Contact Center Solutions department (CCS) delivers robotics voice solutions for Allianz group standard center platforms. The CAI Tribe is currently building a global expert group driving design, implementation and operations of the environment.

 

The Bot Design CoE drives the development of Chat and Voicebot technologies together with Allianz organizational entities. Within an agile Squad, the student will support the team and our internal customers to design business processes and collaborate with the CAI Development Squad to drive the required backend integrations in a global team. The applicant will have an educational or experience background in IT / computer science, physics or mathematics paired with good business process comprehension.

 

The Bot Design CoE student will support the different pillars of the squad with the goal to support end to end implementations of Voice- and Chatbots.

 

This position is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, multinational environment with a strong focus on best practices. The job requires proper communication and alignment with all stakeholders.

 

You will

Supporting in end-to-End implementation of Voicebot solutions using Cognigy and Microsoft Cognitive Services and MS Speech. Provide support on all requests and communications around Business Logic and Voice-/Chatbot design. Together with the team, assess project issues and identify solutions to meet productivity, quality and customer goals Supporting the team in customer implementation guidelines and trainings Work collaboratively with development and support staff to maintain thorough knowledge of product capabilities and to ensure that all communications between stakeholders are precise. Work closely with the Product Owner, lead architect, internal and external solutions engineers and Allianz Technology management by providing input, regular status updates and by participating in roadmap definition. Contribute to the company wide Bot community Helps in monitoring 3rd party providers Capture and document lessons learned. Help to coordinate user acceptance testing with business partners and service suppliers. Gather and document all project-relevant information and distribute them to the correct stakeholders – ensure changes to documents and requirements are communicated accordingly.

 

Your skills

University studies in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, Physics, Mathematics or a similar qualification. Excellent command of English (min. C1-CAE); Spanish, German or other languages are a plus. First experience within the Conversational AI space would be a big plus Experience in working with international teams in a multicultural environment. First experience in complex technical solutions. Excellent subject matter expertise in robotics voice interaction including machine learning, deep learning & AI, big data analysis, language model training, dialogue design and conversation management. Solid basics in computer science: Object Oriented Design, Data Models, Algorithms, Databases. Experience in Cloud environments like Azure or AWS or GCP is a plus. Strong System design and proven product delivery result in an agile / dev-ops environment. Communication – Exhibits excellent communication skills, experience facilitating and supporting communication amongst stakeholders. Able to ensure information is distributed within the project. Customer Service Attitude – Ability to manage difficult or sensitive customer situations. Experience responding promptly to customer needs, soliciting customer feedback to improve services, responding to requests for service and assistance, and meeting commitments to the customer.
