Are you a student with a passion for event planning and a desire to gain hands-on experience in the corporate world? Do you have a knack for organisation and creativity? Transporeon is seeking a motivated Working Student to support our Corporate Event Manager in organising impactful events and managing our external event platform.
As a Working Student supporting our Corporate Event Manager, you'll be at the heart of our event planning and execution, focusing on both local and international initiatives.
You are ready for your transformation if you are/have:
Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, preferably in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Available at least 25h a week
Strong verbal and written communication skills in fluent English, capable of engaging with various stakeholders.
Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent attention to detail.
Innovative mindset with a flair for creating memorable event experiences.
Comfortable using event management platforms and virtual event tools.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and take on new challenges.
Self-starter with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Transform yourself and take responsibility for:
Summer Parties Organisation: Assist in planning and executing local summer parties, ensuring every detail is perfect.
Anniversary Party Coordination: Support the organisation of our 25 anniversary celebration in Krakow in July 2025, bringing together colleagues from across Europe.
External Platform Management: Manage our virtual event platform, running and recording events, webinars and Town Halls and ensuring seamless execution.
Invoicing Process: Own the invoicing process for our lighthouse show, the Transporeon Summit, handling all activities related to our external provider, Stripe.
Event Logistics: Assist with logistics for events, including venue scouting, vendor coordination, and event arrangements.
Events Inbox Management: Manage our events inbox, ensuring the right stakeholders receive the appropriate emails and communications.
Marketing Swag Support: Support the marketing company swag from the ordering process to distribution at European shows.
